State Significant Infrastructure (SSI) - Pre-Construction Environmental Management

 Apical have recently assisted State Significant Infrastructure (SSI) projects (road and other major SSI) in the timely completion of preconstruction activities. 

Apical’s staff provided pre construction environmental planning and site support for the completion of 9 minor environmental assessments for two SSI road projects including Consistency Assessments for minor changes to project design, in accordance with Transport for NSW processes. 

  Our services included:

• Pre construction land condition assessments and dilapidation reports, including site sampling and reporting of any pre-existing wastes on site, prior to contractors taking possession of Ancillary Facility sites
• Completion of Ancillary Facility Site Establishment Management Plans
• Completion of Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs), including responding to multiple state and federal adjacent comments in the timely completion of plans. List of sub-plans Apical have completed include:

• Construction Flora and Fauna Management Plans
• Construction Cultural Heritage Management Plans
